Understanding Pricing

Annual

As a courtesy to our members, your first payment will be prorated from today’s date to August 31. Due to insurance requirements, our membership year ends on August 31 and will be renewed each year on August 31 for the full amount.

To make sure you are paying the correct amount, we prorate the membership costs automatically.

Monthly

We are excited to be offering a new way of payment in our monthly plan. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to bring you the benefits of our membership. When paying monthly, you are signing up for and agreeing to a yearly membership but paying for this yearly membership over the course of each month. This monthly payment allows us to offer an affordable rate to those unable to pay the entire price up front.

If you would like to cancel your monthly membership, you will need to pay off the remaining balance owed on your account for your membership.

Additional Insurance $90

An Additional Insured Endorsement is used to extend your General Liability policy to include coverage for those additional insureds named in the form. This is only provided for liability arising out of your ongoing operations performed for the additional insured(s) at designated locations, or out of your acts or omissions while working as a subcontractor. This coverage is not automatically included.
The additional Insured Endorsement will provide the Club, etc. coverage only for negligence on the PTR member’s part as it regards to his or her Tennis Instruction. The club still needs to obtain and provide its own Comprehensive General Liability Coverage for court ownership, maintenance and public liability.
The charge for the initial Additional Insured Endorsement is $90, and $55 for each additional endorsement.

Sexual Abuse & Molestation Insurance $79

Sexual Abuse and Molestation Insurance is now available through your PTR membership for only $89 per year. This insurance provides protection for allegations of Sexual Abuse type claims. It could be as simple as touching someone’s shoulder or anything that makes them feel uncomfortable. Policy Limit: $1,000,000 Retention (Deductible): $25,000 *First dollar defense is covered. These claims (real or fabricated) are among the fastest growing. As more facilities are beginning to require this coverage, we felt it would be a valuable benefit for our members. Only current PTR members who are covered by the General Liability Insurance and are Safe Play approved may purchase the Sexual Abuse & Molestation Insurance.

If you have any questions, please contact Paige Payne at 843-842-9777 or paige@ptrtennis.org. Please note: The Additional Insured Endorsement may take up to 3 business days to process.
